We are seeking a data-driven and creative SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that improve organic visibility, drive qualified traffic, and enhance overall digital performance. The ideal candidate has a strong technical understanding of SEO, a proven record of driving growth, and experience managing content, on-page, and off-page initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and traffic.Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap studies to guide content strategy.Optimize website architecture, page structure, and content for search engines and user experience.Collaborate with content, tech, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital channels.Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly.Manage SEO audits and recommend technical improvements to developers.Develop and maintain dashboards to track SEO performance and ROI.Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.4–8 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a growth-oriented or digital-first company.Strong understanding of SEO tools : Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.Proven track record of improving organic visibility and driving measurable traffic growth.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and technical aspects of website optimization.Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.Experience working with cross-functional teams (content, design, and tech).Key Metrics for Success :
