Analyst – Business Valuation & Financial Modeling – Global Advisory | US Market

We are supporting a global advisory and fiduciary services firm that works closely with family offices, founders, private investors, and institutional clients.

They are looking for an Analyst specializing in Business Valuation & Financial Modeling to deliver clear, defensible valuation work across a wide range of companies and sectors.

What You Will Work On Build detailed valuation models (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, scenario analysis, etc.)

Analyze financial statements , industry data, operational metrics, and market benchmarks to derive valuation conclusions.

Prepare well-structured valuation reports, presentations, memos, and supporting workpapers .

Support senior team members on portfolio reviews, transaction assessments, capital allocation , and periodic fair value updates .

Research industry trends, competitive landscapes, and company fundamentals to strengthen valuation insights.

Work cross-functionally with investment management, governance, audit support , and other teams requiring valuation input.

What Makes You a Strong Fit Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting , or a related discipline.

Strong financial modeling , Excel proficiency, and solid command of financial statements.

Understanding of fair value measurement , IFRS / US GAAP valuation concepts (a plus, not mandatory).

Ability to write clearly and present valuation findings to decision-makers with confidence.

Detail-oriented, structured, and calm — especially when handling confidential or sensitive information .

✨ Nice to Have Experience in valuation, transaction advisory, audit, investment research, portfolio valuation , or corporate finance.

Progress toward CFA, CA, CPA , or similar certifications.
