Role Overview
We are looking for a
Sales Executive
to join our Hyderabad (Tolichowki) office. This role is perfect for a motivated sales professional with
1–2 years of experience
who is passionate about driving business growth in the
EdTech and analytics training domain .
You will engage with potential students and corporate clients, present Evoastra programs, and convert leads into enrollments, contributing directly to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Convert prospective leads into enrollments for student and corporate training programs.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track sales progress.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and academic teams to improve offerings and client experience.
Provide constructive feedback on client interactions and sales strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
1–2 years of sales experience
(EdTech, training, or education sector preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing, Business, or related fields preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in
English and Hindi .
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Results-driven, proactive, and disciplined.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
