Merchandiser Sportswear / Athleisure

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Merchandiser – Sportswear / Activewear

To lead product development and manage end-to-end merchandising operations in knitted garments. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of activewear / sportswear, technical fabrics, and production cycles. You will collaborate closely with design, sourcing, production, and buying teams to deliver high-performance products that align with market trends and brand vision.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Technology, Apparel Merchandising, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in apparel merchandising, with minimum 2–3 years in sportswear / activewear.
• Strong understanding of functional fabrics, fit, and performance wear construction.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PLM systems, and production tracking tools.
• Ability to handle multiple seasons and tight deadlines with a proactive approach.
