Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced US Recruiter who specializes in hiring for W2 positions within the engineering domain, particularly in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and placing top engineering talent across Production Engineering and R&D Engineering functions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for W2 candidates across multiple engineering roles.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates through job boards, networking, and referrals.
- Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements and project needs.
- Focus on Production Engineering and R&D Engineering positions within the automotive sector.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate offers and manage onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
- Ensure compliance with all US employment and W2 hiring regulations.
Requirements :
5+ years of experience in US recruitment, with strong focus on W2 hiring.Proven success recruiting for engineering roles, especially in the automotive industry.Expertise in Production and R&D Engineering recruitment.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Strong knowledge of US recruitment platforms (Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines.Preferred :
Experience working with Tier-1 automotive suppliers or OEM clients.Familiarity with visa classifications and compliance in W2 hiring.
