Good Communication and Analytical skills Hands on Experience in Werum PAS-X Specification, Execution, Compliance & Performance Module Configuration, Customization Installation, Upgrade, Development and Configuration. Knowledge of GxP, GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11 Delta V Engineer Mentor and Build team Client Liasoning Knowledge on SQL queries, C-Sharp, Java, PLC logic User management and system profile creations. Develop technology competency Showcase Solution & delivery capability to prospect customers Delivery accelerators development Consulting template & artifacts development Collaborate with other domain centric center of excellence for development of solution-based offerings

Delta V Engineering and Operational support
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Configuration : Develop and configure DeltaV DCS solutions in compliance with project requirements and industry standards
- Commissioning and Qualification : Support the commissioning and qualification (C&Q) phase of new drug substance facilities, ensuring successful integration and operation of critical control systems
- Operational Support : Provide operational and project support for PLC, DCS, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and ancillary data systems used to control and collect data for manufacturing operations
- Troubleshooting : Resolve software and automation-related issues during the C&Q phase and ensure smooth system integration
- Continuous Improvement : Be accountable for system performance, continuous improvement, and large-scale innovation
- Required Qualifications :
- Experience : Extensive hands-on experience with DeltaV control systems and a proven track record in commissioning and qualification of biopharma plants
- Technical Skills : Strong technical skills in automation design, troubleshooting, and supporting software systems
- Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with industry standards such as ISA S-88, S-95, GAMP,GXP compliance.
