Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and implement the SAP MM module, ensuring alignment with business processes.
- Manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoice verification.
- Work on inventory management, stock transfers, batch management, and physical inventory processes.
- Integrate SAP MM with other modules such as SD (Sales & Distribution), PP (Production Planning), WM (Warehouse Management), and FI (Financial Accounting).
- Support day-to-day operations, enhancements, and user issues within the MM module.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Assist in preparing detailed documentation, functional specifications, and end-user training materials.
- Conduct system testing, support go-live activities, and provide post-implementation support.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM implementation and support.Strong understanding of SAP MM configuration, customization, and business processes.Proven experience in :1. Purchase Order Management
2. Invoice Verification
3. Logistics Execution
4. Inventory and Stock Management
Experience in module integration (SD, PP, FI, WM).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage client interactions and project deliverables effectively.SAP MM Certification is mandatory.Nice to Have :
Exposure to SAP S / 4HANA environments.Familiarity with IDocs, EDI, and third-party systems.Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging for issue resolution.(ref : hirist.tech)
