Required Skills & Experience

• 8–15 years of hands-on experience in Windows Systems Programming or Administration.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation frameworks .
• Deep understanding of Windows Server architecture, configuration, and administration (2012 / 2016 / 2019).
• Strong experience with SQL Server and DB2 database environments.
• Excellent understanding of infrastructure compliance , security hardening , and audit processes .
• Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive approach.
