Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute full lifecycle end-to-end implementation projects for Oracle Fusion Financials modules, specifically General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Cash Management (CM).
- Provide hands-on configuration experience with Oracle Fusion Financials to meet complex business requirements.
- Serve as a General Ledger expert, possessing a deep understanding of GL processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and the underlying GL tables.
- Gain hands-on experience working with GL Interfaces to ensure seamless data flow and integration.
- Develop and manage financial reports, with hands-on experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud's embedded reporting technologies, including OTBI and BI Publisher (an added advantage).
- Provide effective techno-functional support for enterprise financial business processes, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing solutions.
- Collaborate extensively with onsite functional and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
- Engage in enhancement or implementation projects specifically involving the Accounts Payable module, leveraging a good functional understanding of AP processes.
- Apply strong functional understanding of GL, AP, AR, and P2P (Procure-to-Pay) cycles to provide comprehensive solutions.
- If applicable, leverage extensive experience working with the P2P cycle.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client & Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 full life cycle end-to-end implementation projects specifically implementing Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FAH, P2P, Expense).
- Exceptional understanding of General Ledger processes and GL tables is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience working with GL Interface.
- Hands-on experience working with Financials Reporting is required.
- Hands-on configuration experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Strong functional understanding of GL, AP, AR, P2P is a must.
- Hands-on experience working with AP modules and experience in enhancement or implementation involving Accounts Payable module.
- Extensive experience working with P2P cycle is good to have.
- Advanced proficiency in managing general ledgers, journal entries, account reconciliations, account payables / receivables, and potentially Insurance processes.
- Experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud's embedded reporting technologies, including OTBI and BI Publisher, will be an added advantage.
- Good to have client-facing experience and must have excellent communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of financial business processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Oracle Fusion Financials certification preferred.
