- Clarify and align product specifications and requirements with the customer / supplier and the technical product development team.
- Identifies and resolves technical issues and risks to achieve project goals by considering the whole process chain (test and downstream equipment, machine accessories, format parts).
- Specifies product design, mould and sampling requirements (in PDS).
- Plans, participates and reviews samplings and mould qualifications under technical and economic aspects.
- Coordinating activities from design, to pilot tool development, to production mold development; Responsible for mold, machine and packaging components.
- Effectively communicate internally and externally with customers, suppliers and vendors to determine project requirements, coordinate project activities, and provide direction.
- Develop timelines, organize samplings and sets priorities.
- Coordinates QC testing with internal QC lab; Develops sampling plans with customers.
- Coordinate design activities between customer and internal design.
