Digikore Studios is a listed, global VFX & media-tech company. We’re scaling fast across India, North America and Europe—and we’re looking for a hands-on Senior Manager–HR to own the HR function (except Talent Acquisition), build great employee experiences, and keep us fully compliant as we grow.
What you’ll own
HR Ops & HRMS : Attendance / leave, HRIS hygiene, documentation, letters, exits & clearances; drive process SLAs and automation.
Payroll & Compliance : Monthly payroll accuracy; PF / ESI / PT / LWF / TDS filings; audits; DPDP Act & POSH adherence.
Employee Relations & Engagement : Grievance resolution, communication rhythms, wellness, culture / DEI, events, and surveys to lift eNPS.
Policy & Governance : Update / implement HR policies and SOPs aligned to project-based operations; audit readiness.
Performance & Development : Run appraisal cycles, goal-setting, 360° feedback, training calendars and manager capability building.
Workforce Planning & C&B : Partner with business on manpower plans, org structures, headcount budgeting; benchmark bands / benefits.
How you’ll partner with Talent Acquisition
You will support TA lead with JD governance, interview frameworks, offers / onboarding quality, and TA analytics during spikes—while keeping your core HR charter first.
What success looks like (12 months)
Payroll & compliance 100% on-time / zero defects ; audit clean.
DSO-aligned HR SLAs for joins / exits / letters resolved within TAT.
eNPS and retention improve; manager effectiveness up via L&D.
Performance cycles on schedule; policy adoption company-wide.
What you’ll bring
Minimum 10–12 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Ops, payroll & statutory compliance in India, ER / IR, performance management and engagement.
Experience in media / tech / animation / VFX or similar project-driven environments is a plus.
People-first, business-savvy : empathetic, credible with leaders, strong written / oral comms.
Global collaboration : Comfortable running online meetings with our teams and HR consultants in the USA, Canada, and Europe (flexible for time-zones; occasional early / late slots).
Builder mindset : process design, HR analytics, HRMS proficiency; comfort with change and pace.
Confidentiality & ethics beyond reproach; POSH & DPDP familiarity.
Exposure to multi-location workforces, vendor management, benefits design, HR dashboards
Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.
