About the Role - This is a great opportunity for Internet assessors to join the team at TELUS International. In this role, you will be reviewing online search results in order to improve their content and quality. You will provide feedback and analysis on content found in search engine results and provide ratings on their relevance to the search terms used. You will also review the language used in the search results by examining grammar, tone, and cultural relevance. Through this work, you will be making a valuable contribution by expressing your opinion on the quality and content of what is currently out there on the web. The majority of the task types will require both a desktop / laptop and a Smartphone.

Responsibilities -

  • Review online search results to improve content and quality.
  • Provide feedback and analysis on content found in search engine results.
  • Provide ratings on the relevance of search results to the search terms used.
  • Review language used in search results by examining grammar, tone, and cultural relevance.
  • Make a valuable contribution by expressing opinions on the quality and content of web content.
  • Use both a desktop / laptop and a Smartphone for tasks.

Qualifications -

  • Full professional proficiency in written and verbal Urdu & English.
  • Currently living in India.
  • Strong interest in social media.
  • Active daily user of Gmail.
  • Own and use a smartphone (Android V4.2 or higher or iPhone running iOS version 13.0 or higher).
  • Familiarity with other forms of social media and Google products.
  • Access to and use of a broadband internet connection and associated computer and software.
  • Flexible, reliable, and ability to interpret and follow established guidelines.
  • Experience in use of web browsers to navigate and interact with a variety of content.

    • Required Skills -
