Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Executive (Handbags & Watches) based in Gurugram. The Sourcing Executive will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement process, including identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with key vendors. Daily tasks will involve analyzing market trends, maintaining communication with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. Additionally, the role requires recruiting and onboarding new suppliers and coordinating with various departments to meet sourcing objectives.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills for market trend analysis and data interpretation
• Strong Communication skills for maintaining supplier relationships and internal coordination
• Experience in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms with suppliers
• Proficiency in Procurement processes and sourcing best practices
• Recruiting skills to identify and onboard new suppliers
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Experience in the fashion accessories industry is a plus
