Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position as an Event Coordinator located in Andheri West, Mumbai. The Event Coordinator will oversee the planning, organization, and execution of events, ensuring seamless operations from start to finish. Responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders, managing event logistics, coordinating resources, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process. The individual will collaborate with various teams to ensure the alignment of event goals with the brand's mission and objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Event Planning and Event Management.
• Strong Communication skills and ability to interact effectively with team members, clients, and vendors.
• Experience in Customer Service to ensure a top-notch event experience for guests and clients.
• Understanding of Sales processes and ability to liaise with clients to meet event objectives.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Previous experience in entertainment, media, or related fields is a plus.
