Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the AR and AP team in India.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Middle East finance teams.
• Oversee customer invoicing, collections, and dispute resolution.
• Supervise vendor invoice processing, approvals, and payments.
• Monitor aging reports, payment schedules, and working capital.
• Prepare a bi-weekly cash flow forecast.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, tax requirements, and audit standards.
• Review reconciliations (customer / vendor accounts, bank statements).
• Drive process improvements and automation.
• Provide periodic AR / AP reports and analysis to management.
