Search and Social Manager

This is an exciting role and would entail you to

• Team Leadership : Manage a team of search and social media specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment to achieve departmental and client goals
• Client Relationship Management : Serve as a primary point of contact for clients or stakeholders, understanding their business objectives, and maintaining strong relationships. Provide strategic recommendations, campaign updates, and insights to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention
• Managing Search & Social campaigns end to end including setup, optimizations & reporting.
• Creation of detailed Search & Social media plans in line with business objectives and campaign brief
• Translates business KPIs in channel KPIs
• Creation and set up of the campaign
• Management of search campaigns on time on budget on target
• Tracks performance in reporting & dashboards
• Analysis and optimization of the campaigns
• Works with Meta, Google & Bing team to troubleshoot performance related issues.

Global clients and account managers of our Media Services team. This role will report to the Director of Media Services.
