Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketer who is experienced in SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads, with a proven track record of delivering ROI-driven campaigns. You will manage performance marketing campaigns, optimize organic search presence, and work on integrated digital strategies to grow our clients’ brands. THIS IS NOT A SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT ROLE.

Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketer, you will lead SEO, paid advertising, and digital growth initiatives. The role focuses on optimizing visibility, running high-performing campaigns, enhancing website performance, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive traffic, conversions, and long-term business growth.

Advertising

Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns.
Track and improve key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) through testing and audience targeting.
Align ad creatives and messaging with campaign objectives in collaboration with design / content teams.
Implement remarketing strategies to re-engage audiences and maximize conversions.

SEO

Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve rankings and visibility.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.

Monitor SEO performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements.

Stay updated with algorithm changes, AI-driven search developments (SGE, Bing AI, etc.), and SEO best practices to future-proof visibility.

Digital Growth

Enhance website performance and conversions through CRO, A / B testing, and usability improvements.

Leverage analytics (GA, Tag Manager, Data Studio) to track performance and uncover growth opportunities.

Recommend and implement strategies across digital channels to scale brand reach and ROI.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital initiatives align with broader business objectives.

Skills & Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads campaign management

Strong knowledge of search algorithms, paid ads bidding models, and conversion optimization

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and Search Console

Understanding of landing page optimization and funnel performance

Proven results demonstrated through past campaigns or portfolio

Based in Jaipur, available for in-office collaboration
