Job Mission

This position will be responsible for coordinating with key suppliers and managing Powertrain / hydraulic commodities. The role includes monitoring supplier KPIs such as delivery precision, lead time performance, and lead time accuracy. The incumbent will ensure uninterrupted supply by providing accurate forecasts to suppliers and taking ownership of on-time part availability. Knowledge of import and export processes is essential

Job Description

• Knowledge & understanding of EXIM and customs related activities.
• Experience in handling global suppliers.
• Organize supplier co-planning meetings to assure capacity of supply at key suppliers in global demand planning forecasts.
• Ownership of delivery precision from suppliers.
• Sign, follow up (maintain) and keep total ownership of parts to be arranged on time for production.
• Support forecast accuracy improvement activities & understanding of BOM structure.
• Monitor supplier performance KPIs and drive improvement activities to reduce lead times, improve delivery performance and support quality improvements.
• Support improvements of the supply flow to ensure we source in the right region based on country of origin and demand with zero shortage & on time delivery.
• Oversee packaging optimization activities linked to transportation, storage, and handling - Supplier and Epiroc in coordination with internal CFT team.
• Educate suppliers on how delivery performance is measured and how orders are handled at suppliers i.e., POs, emails, confirmations.
• Provide inputs into MOQ and order multiple optimizations from supplier.
• Should be Agile, Quick learner with Problem solving attitude.
• Able to work with CFT.
