Talent Acquisition Associate

About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and driven recruiter with at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-performing sales professionals who will drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for sales positions (Sourcing → Screening → Interviewing → Offer Management).

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.

Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, employee referrals, and networking.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ sales skills, motivation, and cultural fit.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication throughout.

Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future sales hiring needs.

Ensure timely updates to candidates and hiring managers to provide a positive recruitment experience.

Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and pipeline status.

Stay updated with market trends and competitor hiring strategies to attract top sales talent.
