Marketing Intern- CPO Office

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to support the initiatives driven by the CPO Office. This role offers hands-on experience across strategic marketing, internal communications, and cross-functional projects. The intern will work closely with the Chief People / Products Office, supporting campaigns, research, and engagement initiatives that enhance brand positioning, and stakeholder communication.

Key Accountabilities :

Assist in planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns aligned with CPO Office priorities.

Support internal communications (emails, newsletters, intranet updates, social posts) to engage employees and stakeholders.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights for ongoing projects.

Create marketing collaterals including presentations, infographics, and reports for leadership communication.

Assist in organizing internal events, engagement activities, and leadership workshops.

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.

Provide ad-hoc support for strategic initiatives led by the CPO Office.

Skills and Knowledge :

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creativity and ability to contribute ideas for campaigns and content.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and social media management.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.

Analytical mindset with ability to research, summarize, and present data.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility :

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Internship / academic project experience in marketing, branding will be an advantage.
