NAND Flash Analog Research TeamSamsung is word-wide leader in NAND Flash Memory with more than 1 / 3rd market share. The research team in SSIR will be developing analog circuits to be used in next generation memory products. Targeted analog circuits are : Temperature sensors, Charge Pumps, HV Generators, Oscillators, and Supply detectors, and Current detectors.
Responsibilities : Come up with new design solutions to improve analog circuits’ performance in terms of accuracy, power and area.Study available literature and identify new architectures which can boost analog circuits’ performances.Communicate with head quarter in Korea to define target designs and specifications.Design, supervision of layout, and verification of analog circuits.Complete IP development.
Qualification : MS / ME / MTech / BTech / BE and 2 to 12 years’ analog circuit design experience.Experience in analog development including designs of ADCs, DACs, Oscillators, Charge Pump, LDOs, Bandgaps, Op-Amps, Comparators.Solid knowledge of deep submicron process and circuit design issues, design for manufacturability and reliability issuesEffective communication skills to interact with all stakeholders.Knowledge of digital circuit design techniques, including but not limited to counters, timers, state-machines and combinational logic is also requiredMust be highly focused and remain committed to obtaining closure on project goals
