▷ (Immediate Start) Business Analyst

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with substantial experience in the UK banking and financial services sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging business and technology teams on a project focused on Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform. The role requires an in-depth understanding of banking processes, excellent skills in gathering and analysing requirements, and the ability to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions. Familiarity with AI, particularly Microsoft Copilot Studio, is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders across business and technology functions to capture, analyse, and document requirements.
• Analyse banking processes and identify opportunities for optimisation through Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions with business users.
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and testers to ensure requirements are well understood and delivered effectively.
• Support the definition of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to solution design discussions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.
• Produce high-quality documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Assist with testing activities, including test case definition and UAT support.
