Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site / hybrid role located in AIC-GISC Ahmedabad, India for a Co-Founder / Chief Marketing Officer at MILLIBOLT HEALTHTECH. The individual will be responsible for leading the marketing team, developing and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing branding and promotional activities, conducting market research, and driving customer engagement. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data to refine marketing tactics, and representing the company at industry events.

Qualifications

• Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Campaign Management skills
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Proficiency in Market Research, AI tools, and Data Analysis
• Branding, Public Relations, and Communication skills
• Experience with Healthcare industry marketing is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
