Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager - Construction , located in Bengaluru. The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, including labour sourcing, labour management, planning, coordinating, budgeting, vendor sourcing & management and managing construction activities. The individual will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Day-to-day tasks involve monitoring project progress, resolving issues, managing project documentation, and communicating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BE / ME Civil from an Indian University
• Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in managing construction projects in an engineering company
• Skills in Construction Project Management, Construction Management, and Project Management
• Experience in Project Coordination and Budgeting
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience in residential villa construction projects is a plus
