Job description

The ideal candidate will take the lead in identifying, developing, and nurturing channel partnerships to drive the company's business growth. This individual will possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to think critically when planning and executing strategies. The role requires focus, goal orientation, and proven expertise in channel development within the IT industry.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and establish strategic partnership opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Develop and manage new channel partners, ensuring effective deal registration processes.
  • Nurture and maintain relationships with existing channel partners to sustain business performance.
  • Strategically plan and execute initiatives to ensure project and partnership success.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the Global Sales VP on progress and outcomes.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in channel development and management within the IT industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful business strategies.
  • Highly focused, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
