About the Role :
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1 year of experience to join our HR team.
The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule further rounds.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth interview processes.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment dashboards.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives (if required)
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1 year of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines.Basic knowledge of HR policies and employment laws (preferred)Company Brief : The Company provides Architectural CAD Drawing and Drafting services and specializes in BIM Services in the field of Architecture worldwide.
