Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Support – Tech Lead with 6–8 years of experience in Salesforce development and support. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL, along with strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across Salesforce workflows, triggers, and automation tools. This role requires a proactive problem solver who can manage integrations, ensure system reliability, and collaborate effectively with business and compliance teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and support Salesforce development activities using Apex, LWC, and SOQL.
- Diagnose and resolve UI issues leveraging HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Workflows, Triggers, Flows, and Power Automate processes.
- Manage data imports, exports, and integrations to maintain system accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system enhancements and ensure smooth change management.
- Apply ITIL best practices to incident, problem, and release management processes.
- Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and technical resolutions.
Required Skills :
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (Apex, LWC, SOQL).Expertise in UI debugging using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining automation tools (Flows, Power Automate, Workflows, Triggers).Solid understanding of data handling and system integration.Preferred Skills :
Working knowledge of REST / SOAP APIs.Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools.Experience with analytics / reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.Core Competencies :
