What You’ll Do
Be the first point of contact for new business leadsChase, track, and close pitch conversations like a proWork with internal teams (strategy, creative, leadership) to shape smart, sharp proposalsHelp research potential clients, competitors, and trends that we should jump onRepresent Grapes in meetings, DMs, emails, events—you’ll be our first impressionCreate and maintain a solid pipeline of potential business opportunitiesStay alert, active, and aware of what’s buzzing in the brand / marketing worldYou’ll Thrive If You Have
1–3 years of experience in client servicing, business development, or agency workA natural flair for communication—verbal, written, pitch decks, all of itHigh energy, quick thinking, and obsession with being 3 steps aheadA startup / agile mindset—you move fast, don’t wait for instructions, and figure things outA curious mind with solid commercial instinctsWhy Grapes?
