ROLE : Co-founder (with Investment) – Product & Growth

Location : Bangalore (HSR Layout) — On-site only

Company : Kreesalis | Product : K-Protect (AI Trust Intelligence Platform)

We’re building K-Protect , an AI-driven Trust Intelligence platform that unifies fraud prevention, identity assurance, and real-time compliance enforcement into one API-first product.

We are already seeing early traction :

  • Multiple enterprise pilots lined up
  • Strong inbound from fintech, e-commerce, and digital platforms
  • A validated MVP now evolving into a full platform
  • Early revenue conversations underway

We are now adding a Co-founder (with investment) who can accelerate product growth, lead GTM from the front, and build the next gen AI trust company from Bangalore.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    As a Co-founder, you will own both Product and Growth , including :

    1. Product Leadership

  • Drive end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap .
  • Translate customer needs into elegant journeys, flows, SDKs, APIs, dashboards, and developer experiences .
  • Build strong feedback loops with early customers, pre-sales, sales, and growth teams.
  • Define pricing, packaging, and product-led growth strategy.
  • 2. Revenue, Growth & GTM

  • Own product-led revenue and help shape the enterprise GTM plan.
  • Work directly with founders on pilot → POC → contract → scale cycles.
  • Convert early traction into recurring revenue and profitability.
  • 3. Evangelism & Market Presence

  • Represent the product at :
  • Industry events
  • Webinars
  • Podcasts
  • Developer meetups
  • Hackathons
  • Tech communities
  • Become the external face of K-Protect’s product mission.
  • 4. Pre-sales & Customer Success

  • Lead demos, workshops, and deep-dives with enterprise clients.
  • Translate technical capabilities into crisp, value-driven narratives.
  • Shape customer onboarding and early success journeys.
  • 5. Team & Culture

  • Build and mentor a small but high-quality product, design, and growth team.
  • Help shape culture around ownership, speed, and execution.
  • Skills & Experience We’re Looking For

  • 15–20+ years in product management, pre-sales, or product-led SaaS .
  • Strong background in AI / ML, cybersecurity, identity, developer platforms, or enterprise SaaS .
  • Proven experience building API-first or developer-driven products.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue impact , not just releases.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills — ability to pitch to both developers and CXOs .
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, 0→1 environments.
  • Ability and willingness to invest personally and take real ownership.
