Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of data modeling and visualization, and the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business insights. You will work closely with stakeholders across functions to drive data-driven decisions and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions.
Conduct statistical analyses and predictive modeling to support business strategies.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and data optimization.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and analyses.
Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices in data analysis and visualization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

Experience with statistical tools and programming languages such as Python or R.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable way.

Preferred Skills

Experience with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark) or cloud data solutions.

Knowledge of machine learning techniques and predictive modeling.

Familiarity with business intelligence and analytics frameworks.
