▷ (Urgent) Gas Turbine Performance Engineer

We are hiring a Performance Systems Engineer with strong expertise in engine performance, thermodynamic modeling, and aero-thermal systems. This role is central to the design, analysis, and validation of gas turbine performance, supporting both new product development and in-service engine support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform engine performance analysis using thermodynamic models and aero-thermal simulations.
• Integrate sub-system predictions into system-level performance models for propulsion systems.
• Support and analyze engine performance verification tests, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Maintain and develop performance modeling tools, data sets, and simulation environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including controls, operability, systems, and hardware design to solve technical challenges.
• Deliver technical packages aligned with project milestones, cost, and quality requirements.
• Provide in-service engine support, including diagnostics and performance troubleshooting.
• Promote continuous improvement in performance engineering tools, methods, and processes.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
