Video Graphics Animation Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled video graphics animator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI-generated video, particularly node-based pipelines in ComfyUI.

The role involves producing polished short-form content and AI influencer videos.

This includes designing, building, and iterating end-to-end AI video pipelines using ComfyUI and complementary tools.

Additionally, the successful candidate will create AI influencer content, including persona development, look consistency, lip-sync, expression control, and voice-to-video alignment.

Motion design and finishing skills are also essential, including typography, transitions, overlays, color, sound design, and final QC.

Standardizing workflows and experimenting with new models, motion modules, and control methods is crucial for this position.

Finally, the selected candidate will collaborate with creative, growth, and product stakeholders during specific working hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A portfolio of AI video work that includes AI avatar / influencer or comparable character-consistent content.
• Expertise in ComfyUI (custom nodes, graph optimization, batching, tiled diffusion, IP-Adapter / Control workflows, model management).
• A strong grasp of diffusion / video fundamentals, including prompting, seeds, CFG / schedulers, ref image conditioning, AnimateDiff / motion modules, control nets, frame interpolation, face restoration, upscaling, and deflicker.
• Lip-sync / audio-driven animation experience and voice-to-video timing.
• Proficiency in one or more professional finishing tools : After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve / Fusion, or Nuke.
• Solid motion design skills, including type, layout, timing, easing, transitions, and sound design basics.
• System and ops savvy, including GPU workflow knowledge, VRAM budgeting, render queues, file / version hygiene, and documentation.
