Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruiting, with a proven track record of sourcing and placing top-tier technical talent. As a Senior US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding successful hires.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates using various methods (e.G., job boards, social media, networking events, referrals).
