Job Brief

We are looking for a friendly and confident Telecaller cum Receptionist to join our growing real estate team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be the first voice and face of our company . You will handle calls, greet visitors, and support our sales team by connecting with clients. If you enjoy talking to people and want to build a rewarding career in real estate, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to potential clients.
  • Share details about our real estate projects and services in a clear and positive way.
  • Welcome visitors and guide them with warmth and professionalism.
  • Maintain client records and update information in the system.
  • Support the sales team with follow-ups and client coordination.
  • Handle front desk activities and ensure a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience : 1 to 5 years in telecalling, reception, or customer service.
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
  • Confident, polite, and comfortable speaking with clients.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
  • Experience in real estate will be an added advantage.
