Role Summary : Effectively leading the mechanical department of bromine plant, ensuring reliability, safety, and efficiency of all plant equipment and utilities (pumps, turbine, cooling tower). The role involves preventive and predictive maintenance, new project R&D & execution, statutory compliance, and driving continuous improvement and cost saving measures in mechanical systems.
