We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Admin Lead to oversee and manage our IT infrastructure, systems, and team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations of IT services, implement best practices for network security, and lead a team of IT professionals. This role is critical in ensuring that the organization's IT infrastructure supports business goals efficiently and securely.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• IT Infrastructure Management : Oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software systems.
• Network Security : Ensure robust network security by implementing firewalls, antivirus programs, and other measures to protect against cyber threats.
• System Administration : Perform regular maintenance, updates, and backups of critical IT systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• IT Policy Development : Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Troubleshooting and Support : Act as the escalation point for complex IT issues and provide advanced technical support to resolve problems efficiently.
• Vendor Management : Coordinate with external vendors for procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT systems and services.
• Budgeting and Reporting : Manage the IT budget, track expenses, and provide regular reports on IT performance and improvements.
• Project Management : Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• User Training : Organize training sessions for employees to enhance their understanding and effective use of IT systems.
