We are a start-up dessert brand in Chennai. We&aposll be handling products like Gelatos, French pastries & Entremets and also Couverture chocolates. We are currently hiring for a pre-opening team, offering a great opportunity to be part of building the brand from scratch.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pastry Chef located in Chennai. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for preparing and baking pastries, chocolates & chocolate garnishes. Day-to-day tasks include creating and following recipes, decorating and presenting baked goods, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and staying updated with industry trends and new recipes. The Pastry Chef will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure all products meet quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pastry & Chocolate skills
• Degree / Diploma in Pastry Arts
• R & D
• Create kitchen SOPs
• A passion for creative and high-quality dessert preparation
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is a must
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
