Engineering Manager

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the development and delivery of our next-generation Agentic AI low-code / no-code hyperautomation platform. You will be responsible

for engineering excellence, SDLC enforcement, and ensuring product scalability, performance, and reliability. This is a hands-on leadership role spanning backend, frontend, DevOps, and QA teams.

What you'll do at EvoluteIQ :

• Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional engineering team.
• Define, enforce, and continuously improve SDLC and quality processes.
• Oversee delivery of product features, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Conduct design and code reviews; ensure adherence to architectural principles.
• Own release readiness and production deployment quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and DevOps for seamless delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and automation initiatives.
