Role : QC Data Analyst

About the Role :

We’re looking for a detail-obsessed QC Data Analyst to turn lab results into powerful quality insights. You’ll ensure our food products meet every standard — from FSSAI to FDA — by analysing data, verifying compliance, and keeping our reports audit-ready. If you love data, science, and spotless spreadsheets, this one’s for you.

What You’ll Do :

Review and validate lab results; issue accurate COAs.

Ensure data integrity in LIMS and perform trend analyses.

Investigate non-conformances and drive CAPA actions.

Support regulatory submissions and compliance audits.

Collaborate with QA, production, and regulatory teams.

Generate clear, actionable quality reports.

What You Bring :

Master’s (or PhD) in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.

Experience in Mass Spectrometry

2–5 years in food testing, QA, or regulatory environments.

Solid grasp of FSSAI, FDA, ISO 17025, and data accuracy.

Analytical mindset + strong communication skills.
