Job Description

Lead and execute strategic transformation and process redesign projects.

Drive performance through KPIs, dashboards, and benchmarking.

Act as a bridge between leadership, business heads, and the PE team on cross-functional initiatives.

Develop go-to-market strategies and support new product or geography rollouts

The Successful Applicant

An ideal candidate is an MBA from a Tier-1 institute with 5+ years of total experience, including 3+ years post-MBA in management consulting, and at least 1 year of QSR exposure. They should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in transformation or GTM strategy, and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
