Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Sales Manager - Residential Real Estate located on-site in Bengaluru. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying and fostering relationships with potential clients, negotiating deals, and providing guidance and support to the sales team. Additionally, the Senior Sales Manager will be expected to keep abreast of market trends and contribute to business development efforts.
Qualifications
Proven experience of 1-5 years in sales, leadership, and team development
Expertise in residential real estate, property market analysis, and client relationship management
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with CRM, automation, and data-driven insights is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or Technology.
