Job Description:

As an Investment Banking Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and

interactive sessions, guiding learners through real-world scenarios, mentoring them, and

preparing them for successful careers in Investment Banking and Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions on Investment Banking covering modules such as financial markets,

banking operations, equity research, M&A, financial modeling, and financial analytics using

tools like Excel and Power BI.

• Guide students through real-world financial scenarios and exercises, ensuring clear

understanding of accounting, financial statements, ratios, valuation, and the trade lifecycle.

• Mentor students throughout their training journey, providing career guidance and support with

capstone projects, using AI tools to simulate industry-relevant scenarios.

• Provide feedback on student progress through assessments, quizzes, and hands-on projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Expert knowledge in Investment Banking, including financial markets, equities, bonds,

derivatives, M&A, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.

• Experience with Excel for finance and Power BI for financial analytics.

• 3+ years of experience in the Investment Banking industry, with a strong focus on training or

mentoring.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial

concepts clearly and effectively.

• Ability to guide and mentor students through practical projects and capstone tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Training experience in Investment Banking, M&A, or Financial Analysis is highly desirable.

• Certification in relevant finance domains (e.g., CFA, FRM, or similar certifications) is a plus.
