We are looking for a UX Designer who lives and breathes user research , understands the complexity of HRTech user journeys, and can translate insights into high-quality low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes for our next-generation hiring platform.

Plan and conduct user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and workflow analysesTranslate research into user personas, journey maps, problem statements, and UX flowsCreate low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design systemsWork closely with product, engineering, and recruitment SMEs to align business and UX goalsUnderstand ATS / HRTech domain challenges such as candidate drop-off, recruiter efficiency, hiring funnels, scorecards, and workflow automationsSimplify complex recruitment processes into intuitive UX patternsRun usability tests and iterate based on feedbackPresent research findings and design rationale confidently to stakeholdersYou will have success here if you value structured processes and feel qualified to :
Conduct end-to-end user research with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidatesCreate user flows for job posting, candidate evaluation, interview scheduling, scorecards, and pipeline managementBuild wireframes and prototypes that follow accessibility, UX heuristics, and HRTech best practicesPartner with product managers and engineers to bring UX to lifeMaintain a scalable and consistent design systemDeliver UX documentation that integrates smoothly with dev sprintsDeliver measurable UX improvements across the hiring funnelYou’ll be accountable to deliver the following key results :
Complete a full user research report within the first 30 daysDeliver low-fidelity wireframes for the ATS core modules within 45 daysDeliver high-fidelity prototypes ready for development within 60 daysConduct at least 5 recruiter / candidate usability tests per monthImprove usability scores and reduce workflow friction by at least 30% within the first 90 daysEstablish and document a Talent Traction Design SystemRequired Experience & Skills :
3–6 years of UX design experienceMandatory : Experience designing HRTech / ATS / Recruiting SaaS platformsProven experience in user research conducting interviews, usability tests, surveys, and field studiesStrong portfolio showcasing UX case studies, research insights, and hi-fi designsDeep understanding of UX heuristics, information architecture, and complex workflow designAbility to turn ambiguous problems into structured design solutionsFluency with Figma, FigJam, Miro, Notion, and UX research tools
