Job Title / Role : Success Factors Employee Central Lead Functional Consultant
Job Summary :
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certified expert who has have 10+ years of experience SAP / Success Factor experience and at least 3 full life cycle implementation.
The candidate will have the ability to gathering requirements to analyse, design and / or implement SuccessFactors Employee Central
Roles and Responsibilities :
The Consultant will have the following broad responsibilities :
- Provide high-level solution design and integration design
- Define and manage the deliverables of functional team to meet engagement objectives.
- Be a hands-on application expert and prepare / review project deliverables
- Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts; appropriately tailored for the client and their culture
- Lead design workshops with the client.
- Provide impact assessment for Quarterly Releases
- Enrich and develop reusable (accelerators, enablers) for SuccessFactors

Experience and skill set required :
The candidate should hold a Degree / Masters on Information Technology or an MBA Graduate or equivalent.
Should have the following skills :
10+ years of SAP experience as an SAP implementation consultant in the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module having 3+ EC implementation experienceTo provide expertise in configuring Employee Central in terms of global business requirements. Should understand country specific localizationsStrong understanding of Employee Central Data models Succession data models, Corporate Data models and MDFs, propagation data modelsStrong expertise in Employee Central Picklists management, User access through role based permissions, Organization Structure, Job Structures Management, Country Specific Fields (CSF) customization, Self Service ( MSS / ESS) Transactions Configuration, Workflow Configuration, EC Position Management, Rules Management, Meta Data Framework (MDF) Objects Configuration, business rules configurationsStrong understanding and knowledge in EC benefitsStrong expertise in developing EC Time tracking and Time off configurations.Expertise in configuring Holiday Calendars, Work Schedules, Workflows, Take Rules, Accrual Rules, Period End Processing Rules, Time Account Types, Time Types, Time Profile etc.Expertise in a proposing the solutions to business. Must have good experience in designing the functional and technical solutions.Should have extensively worked in XML.Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentations, chairing meetings, workshop facilitation, business and report writingMust have worked Instance SyncGood business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.Experience with building data migration strategy and data management activities in SFMust have worked on Integrations with atleast one external system (Eg : R / 3, S / 4 Hana, Active Directory, Service Now etc)Certification in Employee Central(ref : hirist.tech)
