About Us : We are a growing bootstrapped startup started in 2025 in the spiritual wellbeing space, dedicated to bringing meaningful, mindful, and quality products to our community. We’re looking for an inventory professional who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys building efficient systems from the ground up. Key Responsibilities : Manage product inventory across multiple channels (online and offline). Experience in inventory management, stock control, warehousing or related operations role. Maintain accurate stock levels and monitor product movement. Coordinate with suppliers & logistics. Implement quality assurance checks for incoming and outgoing products. Use inventory management tools / software to track SKUs, reorder points, lead times, aging / slow-moving stock, stockouts, and excess. Understanding of inventory KPIs (e.G., stock turns, stock accuracy, ageing, obsolescence) and cost / leakage controls. Experience with e-commerce platforms especially Shopify ) and how inventory reflects in online storefronts. Oversee quality assurance and ensure processes meet brand standards. Generate regular inventory reports and analytics to support business decisions. Must-Have Skills : 1–2 years of experience in inventory management with an E-commerce brand. Sound understanding of inventory management tools ( such as Zoho Inventory, Unicommerce, or similar ). Familiarity with some accounting tools (like Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, any other). Strong coordination skills and attention to detail. Ability to set up and optimize internal workflows in a startup setting. Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot stock discrepancies.
