Role Overview :

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to drive end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, and talent acquisition. You will play a key role in shaping our people culture as we scale across multiple cities.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Handle HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance.

Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals.

Organize employee engagement, team-building activities, and performance reviews.

Maintain employee records and ensure smooth documentation.

Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.

Requirements :

2–5 years of experience in HR roles.

Strong knowledge of HR software (Zoho, Keka, or similar).

Familiarity with compliance, payroll, and recruitment processes.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
