Job Description :

We’re looking for a dynamic, detail-driven Manager / Sr. Manager to lead CRM and Complaint system projects with energy, efficiency, and end-to-end ownership.

Location- Malad, Mumbai

Designation- Manager / Sr Manager- IT CRM and Complaints Applications

Key Responsibilities :

• Hands on knowledge on Life Insurance Business processes and policy life cycle.
• Should be a part of IT team or POC of the functional department who liaise with IT team for any system requirement or Change Request.
• Should have knowledge of SDLC.
• Overall knowledge of Life Insurance domain with depth knowledge of Post Issuance journeys and process.
• Someone involved in production support would be given preference.
• Should have knowledge of JIRA or other ticketing and project management tools.
• Good communication skills.
• Should be able to handle queries and route it correctly at L1 level.
Technical Skills :
• SQL queries
• VAPT risk and mitigation
• .Net ( Desirable)

Qualifications & Experience :
