Job Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Event & Advertising Operations Executive to plan, execute, and manage events, campaigns, and brand activations from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in BTL activities , vendor coordination, and on-ground event execution — ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and at top quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute end-to-end event operations , including pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event wrap-up.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, production teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and quality standards for all activations and campaigns.
  • Prepare and manage event timelines, checklists, and operational plans .
  • Oversee logistics , including permits, transport, manpower, and technical setups.
  • Manage budgets and expenses , recommending cost-effective solutions.
  • Track and analyze event KPIs ; assist in creating post-event reports and client presentations.
  • Troubleshoot operational challenges and ensure an excellent client and audience experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends , vendor networks, and operational best practices.

Key Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in event operations , BTL advertising , or experiential marketing .
  • Proven experience managing corporate events, mall activations, product launches, exhibitions, or brand campaigns .
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours (including weekends).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred).
  • Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with digital amplification of physical events.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop ).
