Assistant Manager- Telesales (Linguistic)

Role & responsibilities

Speak with the branch manager & loan officers related to the insurance cover to borrower

• Basis the tie up with the bank the rapport should be built with the manager to push our product
• Update the details of the conversation in the available File
• Make the manager understand about the various benefits available in the plan & try to cover borrowers liability.
• Coordinate with other departments to close the lead.
• Sending Lead to and coordinate with them till conversion.
