Job Title : Assistant Manager – IT

This role requires extensive travelling for providing onsite support in IT infrastructure across SVF cinema locations within the state.

Role :

We are looking for a dedicated person to manage and support our cinema’s technical infrastructure — ensuring seamless operations, system security, and a high-quality guest experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage technical infrastructure — projection, POS, and network systems.

Provide hands-on troubleshooting support on-site and remotely.

Ensure hardware, software, and OS are regularly maintained and updated.

Support and assist in implementing new IT projects.

Maintain IT security protocols and ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.

Manage IT inventory, track expenses, and prepare technical reports.

Ensure all technology supports a seamless guest experience.

Configure and maintain local networks (LAN) and Wi-Fi systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in networking, cinema IT servers, and storage systems.

Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux OS.

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Experience :

Previous experience in a cinema or entertainment industry is highly advantageous.

Experience in management or supervisory roles preferred.
